CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes due to sickness or other personal issues, a scheduled clean may have to be cancelled. If the client needs to cancel a clean, Diamond D's requires minimum 48 hours, full payment will be charged for cancellations with less than the agreed notice period. Deposits paid will be lost unless client agrees to re-book for a suitable alternative slot.
